Maintenance Inbox Back to the free kit

Legal

Privacy policy

Effective: July 11, 2026

Plain-language version: this site gives away a free maintenance template kit. If you ask for it, I collect your email and whatever optional context you choose to share, use it to send the kit and ask if it helped, and don't sell it to anyone.

Who runs this site

Maintenance Inbox is run by Denis, an independent software developer validating a maintenance-tracking tool for small landlords. It is a small operation — there is no company data team, it's me. Questions or requests about your data: dzianis@maintenanceinbox.com.

What this site collects

If you request the kit

  • Email address — the only required field.
  • Optional context, if you choose to share it — how many units you manage, how you track repairs today, and your biggest maintenance headache.
  • Where you came from — the form records simple source markers from the page address (for example, that you arrived from a search ad or from Gumroad) and the submission time. This tells me which pages are useful; it is not a browsing profile.

Please don't include tenant personal information in the form — the form says this too, and I don't want it.

If you just browse

There is no account system and no analytics profile built by this site. Hosting (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, and fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google.

How your data is used

Your data is never sold or rented, and I don't buy or merge outside marketing lists.

Where it lives
Advertising measurement

When this site runs Google search ads, Google's conversion tag may set a cookie to measure whether an ad click led to a kit request, and the email you submit may be shared with Google in hashed (scrambled) form solely for that conversion measurement (Google calls this "enhanced conversions"). That data is handled under Google's privacy policy. When no ads are running, no advertising tag is active on this site.

Retention and your choices
Changes

If this policy changes, this page gets updated with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged in the next email update, not buried.
